chamussa-mos!!!

Ok lads, all of you went away and it didn't even cross your minds that you could be loosing the most important events, those that would change your lives in microseconds!
Well since I stayed here (yes, cuz even Joanona abandoned me here, cought the train to Roskilde looking for better waste of time than watching me watching her in search of study inspiration... ) I get the wonderful trios that you don't even dream about ;)
So... I go out to complete the duty of getting all our Air Pollution boxes, and as I get back I smell delicious in the air and I see a m-a-n singing on my kitchen. Ok, there's a lot of men around here usually but only when the spanish chicks are around, which they aren't at the moment...
So I go to my room to save the box and when I get back to the kitchen there's already another one humming aswell, and both of them delighted staring at "chamussas" - which I always thought to be the portuguese name but I just learnt it's the true one.
Hi here, wassup there and suddenly the guy offers me one of those.
No, no, thanks... Ok :)
Well, in my northern portuguese language I'd swear now, but the founders of this blog don't share the same roots and habits; so I think it's enough to say that, that thing that the guy kindly warned me that was Vegetarian came out spicier than the spice the Johan was afraid we wouldn't eat... And only in that small thingy...

So gentlemen, learn with me:
One: to stay a bit longer can make you win a chamusse of death
Two:you can always get it spicy where you thought it couldn't be

Turkish Dinner - Part II

One cannot rely on Turkish people to post anything, not even if their own interest... ;)
Last week (or was it the week before?...) Turkish people prepared a huge event here on Campus. It was open to just about anyone as long as you'd know someone that got the first email - then you just had to answer back with how many people ud take and their names.
We prepd ourselves at JC's place, of course - cuz since it was on a Friday it means that Silvia was with us what means that we had a loooot of sangria to start with :))))))
Apart from that we managed to get to the dinner quite well

It went quite well and the food was enough and delicious :)
All turkish people were there and they showed us pictures and movies from their country. They also had the representant of the organisation to speak to us about turkish people and what they wished to achieve with this dinner
"..... Next page ...." :D

Then we all went to Oktoberfest where our friends from the Quite-Interesting-And-HardWorking Turkish Council met us after cleaning up :P
But that's a story that you already know...

I still hope to see here some other pics from this great dinner/crew --> hey Barkin??? ;)

Malmö - having fun!!!! :)

Malmö - being there

Of course, it would rain...

Malmö - getting there

Getting there

Oktoberfest – one week later!

In the words of my dear friend Jota, “chaval, ‘tava cuma bezana!” (Dude I was so wasted!). The thing is, to truly live one of this parties you need to be drunk, otherwise it won’t be half the fun. (André please don’t call the AA’s, your girlfriend is not yet a drunken person).
At these parties the people that you just say hello and goodbye in a regular day, suddenly is your best friend, and the Danish go completely crazy (Emphasize the crazy!!), it’s just something you can’t explain. That’s why on the day after you go through the pictures and just say “quê!”, but you can get some really cool pictures with" the crew" as well! Here are a few examples.
